Mr. V C Venkatraman

Mr. V C Venkatraman is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, is the founder and Sr. Partner of the firm with over 35 years of experience in the profession. Post qualification he worked with M/s A F Fergusson and Company for a period of over 5ive years. He lead the audit team in A F Fergusson and Co. for planning coordinating and controlling the audit large and medium size national and multinational companies. He has extensive knowledge of the Audit and Accounting Standards, Income Tax Act, Companies Act, VAT, Excise and Service Tax and Goods and Service Tax . He also good experience in providing support service to large corporate in the areas of Process Audit, Inventory Audit, Fixed Assets Audit, Compilation for Statutory and Tax Audit and compilation required under VAT and Service Tax, Reconciliation of receivables and payables etc.. He also has vide knowledge in the field of certification under various statute.

He has handled various assignments relating to Special Audit of Government undertakings, Statutory, Concurrent, Stock and Credit Audit of the Banks. He has vast experience in arranging long term and short term finance and working capital finance for large and medium and small enterprise. He has also experience in handling assignments related with the office of Director General of Foreign Trade. He has carried out Due diligence for take over corporate.

Jayant Kunte

Mr. Jayant Kunte is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, having 34 years of experience in the profession. He has extensive knowledge of the Audit and Accounting Standards, Income Tax Act, Companies Act, VAT, and Service Tax. He has also good experience in the audit of Cooperative Societies Audit of Insurance Companies, internal audit and system audit of MNCs and Bank audit, Compilation and reconciliation for Statutory and Tax Audit VAT and Service Tax. He has very good experience in setting up a accounting system for large and medium size corporate.

Rajesh U. Kalawadia

Mr. Rajesh U. Kalawadia is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, having 13 years of experience in the profession. He has extensive knowledge of the Audit and Accounting Standards, Income Tax Act. He has also good experience in handling Stock audit of Banks, the audit of Cooperative Societies. He has good experience in handling process audit, Inventory Audit and Fixed Assets Audit and compilation required under various statutes.
